Stay Active with BOKS Workouts on YouTube
Make sure to visit the BOKS Canada YouTube channel to stay active daily with engaging workouts and burst videos that your kids or students will WANT to move to! Our workouts are 20 – 25 minutes in length and will keep the whole family active with running activities, functional fitness skills, engaging games and helpful nutrition tips.
